Welcome to Mitch's London! I've been a London Tour Guide for over 5 years and have helped many visitors explore and enjoy London 🇬🇧 I'm a certified City of London Tour Guide and a Member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding.
I bring the City to life with my fun, relaxed, engaging and informative approach, making sure you get the most from your time in the City - seeing all of what London has to offer, be it old, new or even hidden!
I offer walking tours around the City area and ensure you will have an enjoyable and fun experience, while one of the greatest, and oldest, cities on Earth is brought to life in front of your very eyes.
History is my passion and I bring that passion to all of my tours, bringing to life over 2000 years of history - from Roman times to the modern day - through all the great events of London’s rich and full history.
You can look forward to discovering all that the old and modern London town has to offer, from someone who has lived, worked and breathed London all of my adult life.

Sir Christopher Wren Tour
Discover the hidden (and not so hidden!) gems of London that are Sir Christopher Wren's legacy.
We will take in the highlights of Wren's work and the legacy that he has left in London. See these magnificent churches in the city of London, that range from the magnificent and large in plain view, to the small tucked away in little nooks and alleys.
Churches are free to visit but interior of St Pauls is not included in the cost of this tour.

Great Fire of London & WW2 Blitz Tour
This two hour walking tour will take you through the route of the Great fire in, 1666. Learn about Samuel Pepys, a Londoner who watched and wrote all about the great burn. You will also see how again London was destroyed by Fire in the Blitz of WW2. See those ruins that are still here in the City. Discover the work of the Volunteer Fire Watchers who stopped the Iconic buildings of London succumbing to the blitz and see those buildings that were erected on the bomb sites that are now the new modern London, all vividly brought to life you will see the monument that stands as a reminder to everyone just how much of an event the 1666 fire was and see the modern monuments that mark both Great fires in London’s history.

Financial Capital of the World Tour
On this 2 hour walking tour around the financial city of the world that is London, you will learn about the coffee and tea houses of the 1600s that led to London becoming the global centre of banking and insurance.
You will see and hear about the Royal Exchange - the first commerce building in the city, the coffee shops, the first stock market and the big bang that revolutionised the financial world in the 1980s. Hear about the Gold stored here and the unlikely story of the man who got in the Vault, the near collapse of the modern banking world in 2008 and the role the Bank of England played in ensuring this didn’t happen.

The Plague & Churches Tour
On this two hour walking tour we will go back through time to 1348, the year of the Black Death and then to 1665, the year London was ravaged by the Plague.
Hear the diary of that famous Londoner Samuel Pepys bring the fatal year of 1665 back to life. See plague pits and burial mounds that literally raised the height of the land. Explore ancient streets and visit and learn the amazing stories about the churches linked to the Black Death and the Plague.

City of Westminster Tour, incl. Buckingham Palace & West End
On this two hour walking tour that takes in the City of Westminster, you will see the Parliament building and learn about its origins and the role it plays up to the current day. From Parliament square we will head to Whitehall - the seat of the UK government. You will learn about the buildings, take in Downing Street, Horse Guards Parade and the mounted guards.
We then head over to Buckingham Palace and then the along the Mall to Trafalgar Square, having seen and heard all about the history and stories behind all these famous places.
The tour will end at Trafalgar Square in the middle of the West End leaving you perfectly placed to head West or take in the South Bank.
2000 Years of History Tour
On this guided tour you will see the very beginning of Roman London from when the romans arrived and then travel through the next 2000 years of history, taking you to the modern London of today.
See the Roman remains, Saxon London, the medieval ages, through the Elizabethan era to the Victorian, and modern times. On your walk you will see all of these period as well as hear them brought to life with knowledge, passion and fun.
