About the event
The Guildhall gallery came into being in 1885 and it now has over 4000 works of art in its collection, some of them going back to the roman times. See and explore this modern building which has around 250 of the 4000 pieces on display at any one time.
The two hour tour will cover all floors of the gallery and you will see all the way back to the Romans through the ages to the modern collection. The tour will highlight the many varied works in the guildhall collection and provide information in an informative, engaging and fun style on some of the key pieces in the guildhalls exhibition.
